Ich stimme der weiteren Nutzung meiner angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten durch Frau Shrimati Teichmann zu. Ich erkläre mich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass meine Daten zu Informations- und Abrechnungszwecken von Frau Shrimati Teichmann nach Maßgabe der Vorschrift der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) elektronisch gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.

Absage des Kurses durch Kursleitung
Bei Krankheit der Kursleitung oder anderen Umständen kann der Kurs abgesagt werden. 
Der einbezahlte Ausgleich wird zurückerstattet. 

Absage durch Teilnehmer
Abmeldung bis 30 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: Die Kurskosten werden zurückerstattet. 
Abmeldung ab 30 Tagen bis 15 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn: 50% der Kurskosten werden zurückerstattet.
Abmeldung ab 15 oder weniger Tagen: die gesamten Kurskosten werden in Rechnung gestellt. Der Platz kann gerne an jemand anderen abgegeben werden.
Abmeldung muss schriftlich per Email erfolgen.

Die Teilnahme geschieht auf eigene Gefahr und auf eigene Verantwortung.

I consent to the continued use of the personal data I have provided by Ms. Shrimati Teichmann. I expressly agree that my data may be stored and processed electronically by Ms. Shrimati Teichmann for informational and billing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cancellation of the course by the course instructor
The course may be canceled if the course instructor is ill or due to other circumstances.
The course fee paid will be refunded.

Cancellation by participants
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the course: The course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Cancellation 15 days or fewer before the event: The full course fee will be charged. You are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
